Prepare for Pickup
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Our specialized furniture logistics partner will contact you within 3-5 business days to arrange a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
